Finance & Accounting Matters
Under finance & accounting function, we perform the following responsibilities: Maintenance and compilation of accounts of the Company on day to day basis in compliance with the statutory requirements. Ensuring that the expenses/payments are recorded after their due authorization in line with the policy of the Company and are in accordance with the internal control procedures. Payment to the Vendors, the control and reconciliation of their accounts and deduction of applicable tax at source. Raising of periodic invoices. Interaction with the Bankers for the Banking transactions, periodical reconciliation of the Bank balances. Preparation of MIS, Budget and other reports designed by the Management of the Company. Further ensuring that the variances are properly reported and actions directed by the management based on MIS are implemented accordingly. Ensuring that the accounts are compiled in compliance with the relevant accounting standards and are in accordance with the generally accepted accounting principles. Assisting the Auditors for conducting their audit including GAAP audit and providing them the desired information. Any other area of finance or accounting function as desired by the management of the Company.
